These Terms of Service explain how Qrelle digital QR menu services may be used, your account responsibilities, subscription conditions, service limits and cancellation terms.
Last updated: July 2026By accessing, registering for or using Qrelle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
If you create an account or purchase a subscription on behalf of a business, company, restaurant, hotel, café or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Qrelle provides digital QR menu creation, menu content management, menu publishing infrastructure, QR menu display features and related software services.
Under the current service model, Qrelle does not provide customer payment collection, order processing, table reservation management or restaurant POS services unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific plan or agreement.
Qrelle is primarily intended for business and professional users, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, beach clubs, bars, food service businesses and similar commercial users.
If the service is purchased by a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration and billing information.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You must notify Qrelle without delay if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse or a security incident.
The account creator confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant business.
The business user is solely responsible for all menu content, including but not limited to product names, descriptions, prices, images, ingredients, allergens, calorie information, availability, translations and similar information.
Qrelle does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness or up-to-date status of content entered by users.
The business user is responsible for ensuring that all menu content complies with applicable food, consumer, advertising, allergen, pricing and other legal requirements.
Qrelle may offer free trials, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, additional branch packages, AI usage packages or other paid features.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period, unless stated otherwise during checkout.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Qrelle and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
For example:
- Monthly plans renew every month.
- Annual plans renew every year.
The applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically using the payment method provided during checkout.
Prices may be displayed excluding or including applicable taxes depending on the checkout configuration, customer location and applicable law.
Where required, applicable VAT, sales tax or similar taxes may be added during checkout.
If no tax is charged, this may be due to the current tax status of the service provider, customer location or applicable legal rules.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including company name, billing address and tax identification number where applicable.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Qrelle does not store full card details.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, privacy policy and technical requirements of the relevant payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription through your account, customer portal or by contacting Qrelle support, depending on the available account features.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
Unless stated otherwise, access to the paid service remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.
Fees for started billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
This means that if a monthly or annual subscription period has already started, no partial refund is normally provided for the remaining period after cancellation.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Qrelle may offer free trials, promotional pricing or limited-time discounts.
Unless cancelled before the end of a trial period, a free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription if payment details were provided during signup.
Trial terms, duration and conversion conditions will be shown during the registration or checkout process where applicable.
Qrelle is a digital software service. After successful registration or payment, access to the service may begin immediately.
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may be asked during checkout to expressly agree that Qrelle begins providing the digital service before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge the legal consequences of this request.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Qrelle does not currently collect payments from restaurant customers, process restaurant orders or charge commissions on restaurant customer payments unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
Customer payment collection, payment processing commissions, delivery commissions and order commissions are outside Qrelle’s current service scope.
You must not use Qrelle:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to infringe third-party rights;
- to upload illegal, misleading or harmful content;
- to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- to distribute malware, spam or abusive content;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the service;
- to misuse AI, translation or automation features;
- to resell or copy the platform without permission.
All rights in the Qrelle platform, software, interface, design, databases, systems, brand assets and related materials belong to Qrelle / Aerelle Creative or its licensors.
You retain rights to the menu content you upload or create. You grant Qrelle the limited license necessary to host, process, display, publish and technically operate your menu content as part of the service.
Qrelle may include AI-supported features such as translation, content generation, menu text suggestions or similar tools.
AI-generated or translated content may contain errors. The business user is responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving all AI-generated or translated content before publication.
Qrelle does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, legally compliant or suitable for a specific business purpose.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Qrelle Privacy Policy.
Qrelle applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Qrelle aims to provide reliable service availability. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents, updates, third-party provider outages, internet disruptions, force majeure or security measures.
Qrelle does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service.
Qrelle may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics providers, payment providers, storage services, AI providers or email services.
Qrelle is not responsible for failures, interruptions or changes caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Qrelle may suspend or terminate access to the service if:
- you violate these Terms;
- payment fails or remains overdue;
- illegal or harmful content is detected;
- the account creates a security risk;
- the service is misused;
- continued access may expose Qrelle or others to legal, technical or financial risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Qrelle / Aerelle Creative is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, reputational harm, business interruption or third-party claims.
Mandatory liability under applicable law remains unaffected.
Qrelle may update, improve, modify or discontinue features from time to time.
Material changes that significantly affect paid users may be communicated through reasonable methods, such as email, dashboard notification or website notice.
Qrelle may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on the website. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by German law.
Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Braunschweig, Germany.
