Qrelle began with a simple idea: menus should be easier to understand.

Seymen Huy’s travel experiences across Europe, from outdated PDF menus to worn printed menus and language friction, met Mustafa Ulusoy’s software background. That combination became Qrelle.

A real service problem became a focused product.

Aerelle Creative was founded by Seymen Huy and Mustafa Ulusoy as a technology and creative company working on QR software, custom software projects, web design, software development and social media management.

The Qrelle idea started during Seymen’s frequent trips around Europe. In cafes and restaurants, menus were often hard to access, PDF files were not current, printed menus created friction, and language gaps slowed the experience.

Mustafa had already been leading Fourmaniac Global A.Ş. in Turkey’s software industry for more than 20 years. The idea felt practical and valuable, and the first Qrelle QR menus went live in 2024.
