This Privacy Policy explains what data Qrelle collects, how it is used and which rights you may have.
Last updated: July 2, 2026- Introduction. At Qrelle, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it and how we safeguard your data when you use our digital QR menu services.
- Information we collect. Personal information may include full name, email, phone number, business name, business address, country, account details and authentication-related data. Usage information may include device details, browser type, IP address, approximate location, page views, interaction behavior and performance metrics. Google Analytics is used for these analytics activities. Business data may include menu items, categories, prices, images, allergen/calorie information, QR configurations, branding customizations and other business data entered into Qrelle.
- How we use your information. We use data to provide and maintain the service, manage accounts, publish menus, improve user experience, provide support, strengthen security, analyze usage patterns, generate insights and comply with legal obligations. Under Qrelle’s current service model, customer payment collection, order processing and reservation management are not provided features. Where needed, business subscription or billing operations may be handled securely through authorized payment providers.
- Information sharing and disclosure. We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers for hosting, security, analytics, email, technical support and payment infrastructure. Data may also be disclosed to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, support corporate transactions such as mergers or transfers, or where you have provided explicit consent.
- Google Analytics and cookies. Google Analytics helps us understand website and menu usage. Users can manage cookie preferences through browser settings and Google-provided tools.
- Data security and retention. We apply appropriate safeguards for data in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication requirements and up-to-date technical and organizational measures. Where payment is required, processing is handled through certified providers. We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After that, data may be deleted, anonymized or made inaccessible.
- Your rights and choices. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict processing, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. You may submit requests to privacy@qrelle.com.
- International data transfers. Qrelle may be used globally. Data may be processed in different countries depending on service provider locations. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied.
- Children’s privacy. Our services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
